I took a trip to Leavenworth/Kansas City Kansas to visit my aunt and uncle, who recently open a food truck! Somethin' New Food Truck serves Gourmet Waffles, Stuffed Baked Potatoes and Pulled Pork Nachos. In addition to trying all their food. I was able to go to several local restaurants and bakeries. I had a wonderful time in Kansas and can't wait to go back!
